Analytical Reading and Academic Writing
- Improve student performance in reading and writing.
- Engender and promote a genuine enthusiasm for reading and writing.
- Nurture naturally gifted readers and writers to better respond to institutional standards WITHOUT sapping the students of their creative energy and imagination.
- Nurture hesitant or insecure readers to view literacy as neither “homework” nor a source of shame.
- Nurture EFL students to adopt English as an intrinsic part of their communicative identity by choice and not as something forced on them by global political/economic circumstances.

History and English Subjects Academic Tutoring:
Students enrolled to work with me in Academic Tutoring will have their curriculums specifically tailored to their academic needs and goals.
Our first session will involve counseling and level assessment. A lesson plan will be generated from the first meeting and adjusted as necessary as sessions progress. I am capable of helping students improve their academic performance in practically any subject outside of mathematics, including science, but my focus is generally on the humanities. I always have two primary goals. The first is to improve student academic performance to the standard desired by both the student and the parents. The second is to engender academic enthusiasm, ambition, and confidence. Many student testimonials from years of sessions can attest to my ability to accomplish both of these goals.
